Letting It Be Easy — 2 Comments

  1. You are so right, Cindie. Our culture surrounds us with the archaic Protestant ethic to ‘work hard’ with everything we do. Although I believe in hard work, I know that the western world has a way of instilling a bit of guilt if we opt to have fun on a regular basis. All Europeans get at least a month off every summer to ‘go on holiday.’ Americans are lucky to get two weeks. Personally, I believe that if we plan in times to enjoy and celebrate our passions, we are happy, healthier people. I am so glad you are available with all that you do to encourage your clients to live their best lives.

    • Hi Jeaninne, thanks for your thoughtful comments here! I agree that celebrations and an intention to enjoy life adds to our level of happiness and healthiness! We all have things we desire to accomplish and when we are taking inspired action it never feels like hard work, even though sometimes others would see it that way! We can always choose to stop struggling and let it be easy. 🙂
