Tipping the Scales Towards Self Empowerment — 12 Comments

  1. What an interesting path you’ve had! It always fascinates me how we meander through hits and misses to find our center. The important thing though is that we’re seeking our balance and reinventing ways to live our truth. 😉

    • Hi Marcia,
Ah, and when we recognize that there are never any misses it all gets even more interesting. 😉 Thanks for reading, and I appreciate your comments. 🙂 xo

  2. I can identify with that whole not asking for what I want, going about it in a roundabout way, when I need to just get to the point! I’m working on it and it makes things so much easier.

    • Hi Cassandra, I agree, being able to ask for what we want and what we need does make life easier! And yet it is so difficult sometimes on so many levels. Once we get the hang of it though everything changes, for the better, for everyone involved. 🙂 Thank you for stopping by, and I appreciate your comments too! xo 🙂

  3. I totally relate on so many levels Cindie! It took some time for me to find the balance between standing in my own power, while not taking away someone elses. I’m still a work in progress – but the knowing makes all the difference.

Thank you for sharing your story… I am so very grateful for another opportunity to reflect 🙂

  4. Thank you Cindie for your honesty and confession. You held up my mirror so that I could see where I was not standing in my power and how this action has taken such a physical toll on me. Thank you again for taking the time to share. In your healing I have found love and healing of my own 🙂 lots of love and light to you and yours

  6. What a wonderfully empowering post, Cindie!
This line really spoke to me: “Every experience of powerlessness became an opportunity to stand in my power.” Yes! This is so true, and I just love that you’re not only standing in your own power now but are encouraging others to do so as well.
    Bravo! Big hug!
